Agrarian University teaches methods of training workers, taking into account WorldSkills standards

At Stavropol State Agrarian University, the implementation of the advanced training program “Practice and Methods of Personnel Training in the Specialist in Additive Technologies Specialist” is taking into account the WorldSkills Russia standard on the competence in “Prototyping”.

In November of this year, students from 12 teachers and masters of industrial training of institutions of secondary vocational and higher education not only of the Stavropol Territory, but also of other territories of Russia: the Nevinnomyssky Industrial College, the St. Petersburg College of Mechanization, Automation and Management, the Soviet Polytechnic College (Khanty -Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra), Labinsk Agrarian Technical School (Krasnodar Territory), Almetyevsk Polytechnic Technical School (Republic of Tatarstan), State Institute of Economics, Finance, Law and Technology (Leningrad Region), Nizhnevartovsk Oil Technical School (branch of Ugra State University, Tyumen Region), Pervouralsk Metallurgical College (Sverdlovsk Region).

The purpose of this program is to improve the professional level of teachers and industrial education masters in the most popular, new and promising professions in the education system based on the best national and international practices and methods of training workers, taking into account WorldSkills standards, and the formation and improvement of teachers in training students to take the demonstration exam in the profession "Specialist in additive technologies" according to the standards of WorldSkills Russia in terms of competence “Prototyping”.

At the end of the program, participants will be required to conduct a demo exam. Students will act as participants (in the role of students), and as organizers (in the role of experts with the right of evaluation) of the demonstration exam, as well as perform test tasks.
