Rector of the Agrarian University V.I. Trukhachev presented to the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Rosselkhozbank" B.P. Listov opportunities of the university

Boris Pavlovich Listov, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Rosselkhozbank”, met with business representatives in the field of agriculture in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory.

The event was attended by the Governor of Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov, the Minister of Agriculture of the Territory Vladimir Nikolaevich Sitnikov, the Chairman of the Committee of the Stavropol Territory Duma on Agrarian and Land Issues, Nature Management and Ecology Ivan Andreyevich Bogachev, the Director of the Stavropol Regional Branch of JSC “Rosselkhozbank” Zoya Dmitrievna Tikhomirova, heads of agricultural enterprises region.

Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor, Chairman of the Association of Agrarian Universities of Russia “Agro-education” Vladimir Trukhachev spoke on the topic “Training of highly qualified personnel for the agro-industrial complex of the Stavropol Territory and JSC "RosselkhozBank”. In his speech, he spoke about the possibilities of the university, innovative teaching methods and a practice-oriented approach in training future specialists in plant growing, fruit and vegetable growing, animal husbandry and other major sectors of the economy and agriculture. In addition, the Stavropol Agrarian University is preparing highly skilled professionals and banking, which is confirmed by the employment of graduates, including in the branches of the Russian Agricultural Bank. According to the deputy director of the Stavropol regional branch of JSC “Rosselkhozbank”, Elena S. Khudyakova, 50% of the current employees of the branch are graduates of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

Further, Vladimir Ivanovich outlined the already existing main areas of cooperation with "Rosselkhozbank" in the framework of educational and scholarship programs, and also made a number of constructive proposals to expand the areas of cooperation between a financial organization and the university in scientific and industrial fields.
