Issues of business development in the youth environment were considered at the accounting and finance faculty

Lecturers of the Finance, Credit and Insurance Department of Stavropol State Agrarian University with the support of the insurance company Metlife represented by financial consultant Stetsyuk Lyubov Petrovna organized a problem lecture “I am an entrepreneur. Experience. Progress. Challenges”. The main theme of the event was the aspects of youth entrepreneurship: experience, problems, development strategies. Special guests helped students to understand it all in detail.

Young people and business, business and career, their own business and service in a respectable company - the problem of choice is very relevant for young people. As well as the problem of starting, the first step and even the “order of steps” on the way to success in business.

Most of the younger generation already from school are dreaming of becoming successful entrepreneurs, businessmen, and managers. After graduating from a secondary or higher educational institution, the initiative girls and young men begin to take unconscious steps towards the children's dream. And you often come across eyes that once burned so brightly for their idea, but are now extinguished. Why is this happening? The point is in the lack of awareness, inexperience of beginning entrepreneurs. The young do not have enough support, basic knowledge, skill.

Having identified such a problem, the lecturers of the Finance, Credit and Insurance Department, with the support of the insurance company Metlife, represented by financial consultant Stetsyuk Lyubov Petrovna, decided not to postpone it in the back box, but as part of the problem lecture “I am an entrepreneur. Experience. Progress. Challenges ”to discuss all aspects of youth entrepreneurship. The special guests helped to understand everything in detail. They gave presentations and answered questions.

The first to share business experience with students was the director and founder of Nikolaev Gardens LLC, founder of Ecostroy LLC and a number of other companies and branches, participant of educational programs: Tax Optimization I. Turov, Management and Marketing of the School of Business “Bachelor”, training “Personal growth”, “Money and attitude to them”, Intensiv “Sales practice on the Internet” Stasenko Fedor Nikolaevich. The head of the company talked about the beginning of his career and the advantages of an entrepreneur’s life, shared with the audience what his first salary was in his position as a manager, and what was the most difficult thing in managing the company. Fedor Nikolaevich noted that the opportunity to run the company was the main motivation for starting a business. Now that he has reached his goal, he has to solve a lot of very different tasks. Most often, he is concerned about the prospect of failure, in second place is concern for wages and working conditions of employees. The latter problem remains relevant, despite the fact that many entrepreneurs point to the possibility of creating jobs as an absolute advantage of running a business.

In continuation of the topic, the founder and the head of the Accounting and Law limited liability company, the winner of the Best Entrepreneur of the Year in Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Competition in the category Services for Business: Training, Marketing, Auditing, Consulting, Accounting Natalya Zvyagintseva took place behind the microphone. Having commented on the previous speakers, and having presented her report on youth entrepreneurship, Natalya Anatolyevna took upon herself a flurry of questions that had arisen in the course of the development of the topic. Natalia Anatolyevna in her speech emphasized that a successful entrepreneur is distinguished by the right attitude, a competent approach to business and the wise management of a company. She told the children about how important it is for a budding entrepreneur to determine the most suitable taxation system for him, to know the ways to optimize taxation officially fixed by law, about the need to work in tandem of the organization’s accounting and legal services.

Briefly introducing the student audience to the youth entrepreneurship development course, Natalia Anatolievna gave the word to the head of the publicity school, professional speech-making-image-maker, consultant in the sphere of politics, business and TV Sklyarova Lolita Alekseevna.

Lolita Alekseevna focused the attention of the audience on the fact that competent speech is the key to success in business, and communication is one of the first and most important categories of interaction with society. Very much depends on competent or illiterate, confident or shy, benevolent or wary communication. The ability to communicate with others brings the greatest success in any endeavors.

At the conclusion of each speaker’s speech, students of the accounting and finance faculty had the opportunity to ask questions about the secrets of running a successful business. The most active of them were awarded with valuable gifts personally from representatives of the business community.

The long duration of the event suggests that this topic is very relevant and significant in the modern world. As the organizers noted, such events are worth holding, because the future is for the youth. Novice talents often lack support, so they need help.
