Studies at the Volunteering School completed

In Stavropol State Agrarian University, the ceremonial closing of the “School of volunteer activity” took place. At the event, each volunteer team of the university was to show a presentation to the jury and tell about the action that first-year students conducted independently, without the support of senior volunteers.

The team “Ecolog” conducted a social action in the form of a survey of residents of the city of Stavropol. The main goal of the action is to find out the attitude of people to the following issues:

- Are you interested in ecology?

- Do you know about the “Garbage Reform” in Stavropol Territory?

- Do you know what is separate garbage collection?

- Are you ready to give up plastic bags?

The “Volunteer” team presented the “Support Cranes” campaign. The event was held on Aleksandrovskaya Square, the guys handed out paper cranes to passers-by, saying sincere wishes of happiness, so that people would experience positive emotions that are so important to everyone.

The group "Tolk" organized the campaign "Four-legged friend." The increase in the number of homeless animals is, first of all, a social problem associated with the processes taking place in human society. Homeless animals have always existed, but a number of consistent preventive measures are needed to help control this process. So the guys from the Tolk volunteer group decided to help homeless animals from the “Best Friend” orphanage. The team carried out a dog walk and collected a certain amount of money for which it was able to buy food and collars for animals.

Volunteer team "Care" held a campaign "It all starts with mom" on the streets of the city. The purpose of the action: to remind the younger generation of the value and importance of the dearesty person in the world, and of the role that mother plays in the life of each of us.

At the end of the solemn event, everyone who passed through the entire educational program of the school of volunteer activities was awarded a memorable certificate and was able to rightfully and proudly call himself a volunteer.
