Volunteers of Stavropol State Agrarian University won a record number of awards “Volunteer NCFD-2018”

On November 15 - 16, 2018, the final, in-person stage of the contest “Volunteer of the North-Caucasian Federal District - 2018” was held in Pyatigorsk. The project brought together volunteers from all over the North Caucasus to present to the jury the results of volunteering in one of six nominations: Social Volunteering, Sport and Healthy Living, Volunteer Physicians, Event Volunteering, Education and Enlightenment, Environmental Volunteering. According to the results of the competition, 7 students of Stavropol State Agrarian University received various awards.

The competition was organized by the project manager of the “I want to do good” grant to Ruslan Potochenko with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Association of Volunteer Centers, the Russia-Country of Opportunities platform to identify, support and recognize the merits of talented and active volunteers of the North Caucasus Federal District .

The “Volunteer of the North-Caucasian Federal District” award event was held for the first time this year, and the delegation of the Agrarian University became the most numerous and won a record number of awards.

The winner in the nomination "Sport and Healthy Living" became Inna Kuliyeva - the head of the headquarters of the volunteer squads of SSAU, the head of the volunteer squad "Volunteer", undergraduate of the 1st year of study at the Faculty of Farm Mechanization. Also, the main prize in the nomination “Social volunteering” was awarded to Alena Alefirenko - an activist of the “Volunteer” squad, a 4th year student of the accounting and finance department.

In addition, five students of our university became laureates and finalists of the award:

- Laureate of the II degree in the nomination "Sport and HLS" - Veronika Serikova (undergraduate of the 2 year of study at the Faculty of Economics);

- Laureate of the III degree in the nomination “Volunteers Physicians” - Angelina Reshetnyak (activist of the volunteer group “Volunteer”, 4th year student of the Faculty of Technological Management);

- Laureate of the III degree in the nomination “Social volunteering” - Olga Loskutova (head of the volunteer unit “Care”, 2nd year student of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources);

- Finalist in the nomination “Event volunteering” - Nailya Kateeva (activist of the “Volunteer” squad, 3-year student of the faculty of veterinary medicine);

- The finalist in the nomination “Social volunteering” - Khamzat Doskhoev (activist of the “Volunteer” squad, 3-year student of the accounting and finance faculty).
