Open lecture for future economists and engineers

On November 21, 2018, Alexander Anatolyevich Sizov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of StavPricep Ltd, met with senior students of the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Farm Mechanization of Stavropol State Agrarian University.

The unusual composition of students of the open lecture - students of two faculties - is related to the fact that headed by A.A. Sizov since 2008, the StavPritsep plant has been specializing in engineering design, development and manufacturing of trailers and semi-trailers, and profile settings for truck chassis. On the other hand, this enterprise is characterized by intensive economic growth, as a result of which for 10 years it has managed to go from micro business to a noticeable “player” in the market of such a complex and highly competitive industry as transport engineering.

Currently, on the bookshelves you can find a huge number of publications with the advice of various authors on how to develop a successful business. However, the recommendations of the head of StavPricep LLC had a completely different value for our students. Alexander Anatolyevich in a fascinating manner spoke about how a start-up entrepreneur could be, shared his experience of getting out of crisis situations, explained which areas of activity the head of the company should pay particular attention to, gave a number of valuable tips - advice from successful practice.

Of particular interest were the answers to questions about the requirements of the employer to hired professionals. Graduates of our university work at the plant, but the group of related enterprises of LLC StavPricep continues to grow and develop, new vacancies appear, and Alexander Anatolyevich invited our senior students to further cooperation.
