Employees of the cadastral chamber were trained in new market technologies.

At the Stavropol State Agrarian University, advanced training courses were completed under the program "Stimulation of promotion and improvement of the quality of additional income-generating services." The program was specially developed by the associate professor of the Department of Economic Theory and Economics of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the University of Yu.V. Rybasova, a specialist of the advanced training faculty of the Institute of Continuing Professional Education Gunko, attracted practitioners: psychological counselor I.V. Bozhik and business consultant A.V. Gurinov, - for employees of the branch of the federal state budgetary institution "Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography" in the Stavropol Territory.

Training under the additional professional program "Stimulation of promotion and improvement of the quality of additional income-generating services" was organized by the Institute of Additional Professional Education of the University.The purpose of the courses is to develop the skills of active promotion of services to the population in a market economy. Among the thirty students of the program were three deputy directors, eight department heads, leading specialists of the branch.

For the three December Saturdays, twenty hours of classes were held with the participants. During the whole working day, students studied the marketing technologies of service provision, the specifics of the formation of the main organizational and administrative documents, the system of performance indicators in public institutions. Particular attention was paid by the training organizers to creating students with new motivational attitudes that encourage employees to independently search for ways to actively promote cadastral services to the public.

At the final lesson, all students were grouped into six teams of five people each. To consolidate the material studied, these microcollections were asked to prepare their individual project of finding a new optimal solution for promoting cadastral services on the regional market based on a combination of theory, current practice and accounting for various proposed alternatives. All students coped with the task. And the heads of the institutions present at the classes immediately identified those that can be used in the practice of working with the public.

Following the results of training, students were awarded certificates of advanced training of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The director of the branch of the federal state budgetary institution “Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography” on the territory of E.N. Purse.

Cooperation of the branch of the cadastral chamber in the Stavropol Territory with the Agrarian University will be continued in 2019.
