A series of lectures from the Stavropol regional branch of JSC "Rosselkhozbank".

At the Accounting and Finance Faculty of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, another training session of JSC Rosselkhozbank “Effective sales skills. Stages of sales techniques." The training for students was conducted by Natalya Aleksandrovna Shchedrina, Head of the Department for Work with Clients of Small and Medium Business of the JSC “Rosselkhozbank.

The course "Theory and Practice of Credit Analysis" started on December 7, 2018.

For students, a material was prepared on the nuances of sales of banking services by corporate clients and a clear understanding of the algorithm and content of sellers' actions when interacting with clients.

In the form of a game, students studied the main problems faced by managers in the sale of banking products, identified the needs of the client’s business, formed an understanding of the principle of building questions and areas for clarifying the client’s situation, and invented ways to solve them.

Subjects of the lecture caused great interest among students, as evidenced by a lively discussion and positive feedback.

Such classes are of great importance, as they allow students to systematize theoretical knowledge, to acquire the necessary minimum of professional skills, which makes our graduates competitive in the market.
