On December 20, in the sports complex of Stavropol State Agrarian University, the Regional Powerlifting Cup was held as part of the 63rd Student Games.
The categories champions are: Zhukova Karina and Svetlana Leonidova (Accounting and Finance Faculty), Alisa Kivalova (Faculty of Economics), Zatonskaya Lyana (Faculty of Electric Power), Mikhail Pronin (Faculty of Economics), Georgiy Kolesnichenko and Danil Kalashnikov (Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources), Taranov Artem (Faculty of Electric Power Engineering), Altajaladin Ali (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine), Tolstoukhov Vyacheslav and Baglaev Kirill (Faculty of Farm Mechanization).
Zatonskaya Lyana became the absolute champion among girls, and Kirill Baglaev became the absolute champion among young men.
In the team championship the bronze went to the faculty of farm mechanization, silver was won by the faculty of agrobiology and land resources, and the team of the electric power faculty became the winner of the team standings.
The regional cup was won by the national team of Stavropol State Agrarian University, 2nd place - the team of Fitness-Time and Bronze - North Caucasus Federal University.
