On December 25, activists of the volunteer unit "Volunteer" of Stavropol State Agrarian University summed up the charity event "Care for Generations" aimed at collecting New Year's gifts for patients of Stavropol Regional Gerontological Center.
The initiator of the action was Alina Drupova, an activist of the volunteer group “Volunteer”, a first-year student at the Faculty of Economics.
The event was attended by students of several faculties of the university: 4th group of 4th year of economics, 5th group of 3th year of economics, 1 group of 1st year of faculty of secondary vocational education, 3th group of 1st course of accounting and finance department, and 17 lyceum of Stavropol. Also, direct assistance in the organization was provided by activists of the volunteer group “Volunteer” of the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering, Faculties of Farm Mechanization, Socio-Cultural Services and Tourism, Veterinary Medicine, Technological Management, and Economics, Accounting and Finance.
On December 25, volunteers delivered all the collected gifts to the patients of the center and congratulated them on behalf of the students of SSAU on the upcoming New Year. Then the volunteers were invited to a gala concert, where the center's management expressed gratitude to Stavropol State Agrarian University for the implementation of the Generation of Necessary Project and presented gifts.
