Round table with the participation of winegrower and winemaker CJSC Levita

At the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources of the Stavropol State Agrarian University for students of 4 courses in the course of training "Food from vegetable raw materials" (profile "Technology of fermentation industries and winemaking") in the framework of the discipline "Technology industry" there was a round table on the topic "Employment prospects in the specialty". A wine-grower of CJSC Levita (Levokumskoye village, Levokumsky district) Kuklanov Valery Nikolaevich took part in the round table.

Valery Nikolaevich is a graduate of our university with a degree in agronomy. He began his labor activity as an ordinary brigadier of the site for the care of vineyards in his native state farm Levokumskoye and in 1994 he became the general director of CJSC Levita. In the period of his work in the grape and wine industry there were years of rise and fall, but dedication to their work helped CJSC Levita to reach a high level in growing technical and table grapes.

Kuklanov V.N. told students - future winemakers about the history of the enterprise, stages of formation and prospects of socio-economic and technical development. He also described the features of the technology of growing grapes and wine production, used at Levita.

The event was attended by the staff of the department of production and processing of food from plant materials - Associate Professor Sosyura E. A. and assistant Herman M. S.
