Anniversary meeting of the Agronomy Faculty graduates

January 31, 2019 at the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources of Stavropol State Agrarian University, a meeting of graduates of the Agronomy Faculty of 1969 was held.

Graduates warmly welcomed the dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture, the Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, professor of the RAS Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko, who opened the solemn event. A.N. Esaulko conveyed greetings to graduates from the Rector of the University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor Trukhachev Vladimir Ivanovich.

Among graduates presented at the meeting, one could see the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory in 1990-2002, now Commercial Director of LLC “Lenkor AgroYug” Vladimir Andreevich Zhernovoy and many other specialists working for the benefit of the Stavropol Territory. All of them have achieved significant heights in the profession, for 50 years of industrial activity have gained considerable experience and are happy to share it with the agrarian youth and within the walls of the alma mater and in their farms.

In turn, the students of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture pleased them with a festive concert: Khutornaya Tatyana, Spivak Konstantin and the team of the Cossack song “Lel”, which caused a storm of emotions among those present in the hall.

The meeting ended with a tour around the native University. Graduates of 1969 walked through the corridors of the University and were pleasantly surprised by the changes over the past 50 years.

The events of the significant day of the alumni meeting left no one indifferent. And by its end, former students, who became the pride of the Stavropol agricultural industry, shared their memories of their student life and took many memorable photos within the walls of their native university, which they did so much so that they take place in their profession and in life!
