Employees of the Department of General Agriculture, Plant and Breeding named after F.I. Bobryshev of Stavropol State Agrarian University: Senior Lecturer Golosnoy E.L., Associate Professor Dryopa E.B., Associate Professor Golub A.S., Assistant Matveyev A.G. and Associate Professor Ponomarenko, M.V., and the Department of Economic Theory: Professor Dridiger V.K., published a monograph “Winter rape productivity depending on the cultivation technology and fertilizers on the leached black earth of the Central Pre-Caucasus.”

The monograph deals with the cultivation of winter rape using No-till technology. Introducing this technology to the fields of the region, it should be remembered that the soil is perceived as a living organism, having an individual identity on each field. The use of certain methods of tillage leads to the fact that the fields are characterized by different degrees of structural stability and strength of the aggregates, different levels of organic matter, which ultimately results in the yield of oilseeds of winter rape.

The monograph presents and summarizes the data of a long-term station for studying the effectiveness of the technology of direct sowing in the field of fruit-replacing crop rotation.

The monograph is intended for specialists of the agronomical service, bachelors and masters of the direction of study “Agronomy”.
