Sberbank invited students from Stavropol State Agrarian University to work and practice

On February 5, 2019, there was a meeting of lecturers of the Department of Financial Management and the Banking, Professor Yu. M. Sklyarova, Associate Professor T.V. Screbtsova, Associate Professor N.V. Sobchenko, Senior lecturer S.Yu. Shamrina and 4^th year students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty of Stavropol State Agrarian University with the manager of external distribution Grigorieva Evgenia Anatolyevna on the issue of employment in Stavropol branch No. 5230 of Sberbank.

The event was dedicated to the upcoming Day of Russian Science.

Evgenia Anatolyevna told about the corporate culture, the importance of the ability to work in a team, listed the bonuses assigned to each employee of Sberbank, and also answered numerous questions from the students.

Students learned about career development opportunities, work schedule, the possibility of combining study and work, the system for assessing personnel reserve in Sberbank, as well as prospects for further employment. All interested persons received detailed information about vacancies, learned how to do internships or become interns, and filled out questionnaires.
