IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Agrarian Science, Creativity, Growth”

As part of events dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Russian Science, on February 6, 2019, the Accounting and Finance Faculty together with the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture of Stavropol State Agrarian University held a plenary session of the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Agricultural Science, Creativity, Growth”. The main objectives of the conference were the scientific development of young scientists and acquaintance with new practice-oriented research in various fields of science and practice.

The conference was opened by the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Professor Morozov Vitaly Yuryevich, he congratulated the participants on the Day of Russian Science, the beginning of the conference and wished fruitful work and scientific achievements. The dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Professor Esaulko Alexander Nikolaevich and the Dean of the Accounting and Finance Faculty, professor Kostyukova Elena Ivanovna addressed the conference participants with welcoming words. The invited guests of the conference were the head of the additional office 5230/0167 Sberbank of Stavropol Anton Anatolyevich Makarevich, chief accountant of Verkhnedubovskoye JSC, Shpakovsky district, Rymar Alexander Mikhailovich, cadastral engineer, founder of Cadastre-Yug Tskhovrebova Maria Valerevna.

Kyzylorda State University named after KorkytAta and the University “Turan-Astana” (Republic of Kazakhstan) took part in the conference on video. Esymhanova Zeinegul Klyshbekovna, Candidate of Economics of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, Associate Professor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of the Economics and Innovation Business Department, University Turan-Astana presented the report “Prospects for the expansion of rural microcredit in the context of the implementation of social initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev”. Rakhat Akhkulov, Head of the Finance, Accounting and Evaluation Department, PhD, Turan-Astana University spoke about tax regulation of agriculture in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Bekkhozhaeva Aigul Kozhakhmetovna, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor of Kyzylorda State University named after KorkytAta, made a presentation “Using the cluster analysis method to assess the differentiation of regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the level of social and economic development”.

During the conference also made reports:

Anton Anatolyevich Makarevich, Head of the Subsidiary Office of 5230/0167 PJSC Sberbank Stavropol, the topic of the report is “Biometrics in the offices of Sberbank”. To the most attentive participants of the conference, a 4^th year student of the Finance and Credit profile, Maxim Zabolotsky, a 4^th year student of the Accounting, Analysis and Audit profile, Zolotarev Alexei, and a 1^st year student of the Plant Protection profile, Anton Anatolyevich Ermolenko, handed memorable gifts from PJSC Sberbank;

Rymar Alexander Mikhailovich, Chief Accountant of JSC Verkhnedubovskoye, Shpakovsky District of the Stavropol Territory, the topic of the report is “Innovations in Accounting in the Agro-Industrial Complex”;

Maria Tskhovrebova, cadastral engineer, founder of Cadastre-yug LLC, the topic of the report is “Cadastral registration and registration of property rights in the current period”;

Natalya Glazunova, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry and Plant Protection, the topic of the report “The state and features of the phytosanitary situation in winter grain crops in the Stavropol Territory”.

Further work of the conference will continue at breakout sessions. Based on the conference materials, a collection of scientific papers will be published, which will be placed in the RSCI database.
