The seminar is devoted to the discussion of the methodology and results of scientific research of young scientists of the Faculty of Economics with the aim of improving scientific approaches to substantiating the priorities of the socio-economic development of Russia and its regions.
Welcoming remarks were made by the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Professor V.Yu. Morozov and Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Professor O.N. Kusakina.
The head of the department of postgraduate and doctoral studies, associate professor G.G. Shmatko participated in the methodological workshop.
Lugovskoy S.I., Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Administration and Law, reviewed the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the development of rural territories and substantiated the main directions of their sustainable development.
Shevchenko E.A., Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Administration and Law, revealed the concept of a scientific study on the interaction of government and business structures, aimed at identifying methodological approaches and developing practical recommendations for organizing the interaction of government and business structures. He also presented the mechanism of interaction between government and business structures and the algorithm of interaction between government and business, with the construction of model models of interaction between local governments and agribusiness, based on the principles of municipal-private partnership.
Isaenko A.P. The second year post-graduate student made a presentation on the topic “Developing a mechanism for identifying promising areas of the agricultural sector of the economy”, reflecting the results of studies conducted to create a simulation model and develop scenario forecasts of innovation development.
