The guest of Stavropol State Agrarian University was a senior researcher of the computing center of Russian Academy of Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the innovative company "Antiplagiat", Yuri Viktorovich Chekhov.
The consultation seminar was attended by: Vice-rector for research and innovation, Professor, Vitaly Morozov, Vice-Rector for academic and educational work, Professor, Ivan Atanov, faculty, graduate students and staff of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. Representatives of Dagestan State Agrarian University, Kabardino-Balkar State Agrarian University and Gorsky State Agrarian University joined the seminar via video link.
Yuri Viktorovich Chekhov spoke about the creation of the company, the normative regulation of inspections of final qualifying works for uniqueness. The topic of differentiated approach to the evaluation of the originality of the research results, new search modules, editing capabilities of verification reports, evaluation of the correctness of the detected borrowings was separately touched upon.
At the end of the seminar, Yuri Chekhov held a practical master class on working with a personal account in the "Antiplagiat" system, answered questions, and participated in the discussion on the assessment of the legitimacy and correctness of borrowing.
