The first meeting of the Scientific Expert Council at the Council of Legislators of the Stavropol Territory

In accordance with the Statute on the Council of Legislators of the Stavropol Territory, the composition of the scientific expert council under the Council of Legislators of the Stavropol Territory was approved, which included representatives of educational institutions in the city of Stavropol: Stavropol State Agrarian University, Stavropol State Medical University and North Caucasus Federal University.

February 11, 2019 the first meeting of the scientific expert council was held. Two issues were considered on the agenda: “On the main areas of work of the scientific expert council under the Council of Legislators of the Stavropol Territory” and “On the draft work plan of the scientific expert council under the Council of Legislators of the Stavropol Territory for 2019”. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Stavropol Territory Duma Gennady Vladimirovich Yagubov. With a report: "On the work of the commission of the Council of legislators of various directions" made by: Deputy of the Stavropol Territory Duma, Chairman of the Stavropol Territory Duma Committee on Budget, Taxes and Financial and Credit Policy - Yuriy V. Bely, Deputy of the Stavropol Territory Duma, Chairman of the Stavropol Territory Duma Committee on Cossacks , security, inter-parliamentary relations and public associations - Yuri Afanasyevich Gontar, First Deputy Chairman of the Duma of the Stavropol Territory of the sixth convocation - Dmitry Nikolaevich Sudavtsov Representatives of Stavropol State Agrarian University spoke on the following topics for discussion:

- Esaulko Alexander Nikolaevich, Dean of the Department of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences with questions about amending the Law of the Stavropol Territory No. 20-kz “On administrative violations in the Stavropol Territory” in terms of determining administrative penalties for violation the “green belt” regime and on amending the Law of the Stavropol Territory No. 31-kz “On ensuring the fertility of agricultural land in the Stavropol Territory”;

- Kusakina Olga Nikolaevna, Dean of the Department of Economics, Head of the Department of Economic Theory and Capital of Rural Territories of the Stavropol Territory;

- Bannikova Natalya Vladimirovna, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy, Doctor of Economic Sciences “On the state of the vegetable production market and the possibilities for the development of vegetable growing for agricultural producers of the Stavropol Territory.

During the meeting of the Scientific Expert Council under the Council of Legislators of the Stavropol Territory, the Rector of Stavropol State Medical University, Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences Vladimir Ivanovich Koshel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC «TekhnoStavPricep» Alexander Anatolyevich Sizov, Ph.D., Professor of the North Caucasus Federal University Boris Vladimirovich Aksyumov and many others. In the second half of 2019, a meeting is scheduled on the theme “Improving Legal Measures Stimulating the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Stavropol Territory”.
