Natalia Nikolaevna Telnova, Associate Professor of the Chair of Entrepreneurship and World Economy, Department of Economics, Stavropol State Agrarian University, took part in the work of the inter-regional conference of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation “Priorities of Regions: Control, Public Services, Digitalization and Development of Small and Medium-Sized Business”. The leitmotif of the meeting was the discussion of the implementation of the National project for the development of small and medium-sized businesses and the support of individual entrepreneurial initiatives. A presentation was made by the Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and Competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia - Olesya Teterina. She noted the contribution of federal projects to improving business conditions, expanding access of SMEs to financial support, acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses, a system of supporting farmers and the development of rural cooperation.The main mechanisms of state support for SMEs in the framework of the National Project were described in detail, which include the development of youth entrepreneurship, the intensive formation of financial and innovation, as well as special infrastructure (business incubators, technology parks), information and consulting support and export development.Natalia Nikolaevna Telnova, Associate Professor of the Department of Entrepreneurship and World Economy, Faculty of Economics, Stavropol State Agrarian University, participated in the discussion of a set of priority measures to improve the conditions for doing business in terms of creating an active business environment, promoting entrepreneurship, the university has a lot of work to do. on the formation of a new business consciousness - enlightening, about developing work ..Particular attention was paid to the creation of new business support centers “My Business” in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, with the help of which the concept of integrity and availability of the infrastructure of state support for SMEs is implemented through the implementation of the “single window” and “single information field” principles. The work of the Centers is based on an integrated approach and includes the simultaneous implementation of such areas of support for small and medium-sized businesses as consulting, information, training, support, and the provision of various types of services aimed at improving the activities of regional businesses.
