In Stavropol State Agrarian University was held a training "Sales Management"

February 14, 2019, at the Stavropol State Agrarian University, held the training "Sales Management" for managers and managers of additional offices of JSC Rosselkhozbank, as well as for teachers of the Accounting and Finance Department of the Chair of Financial Management and Banking.

The training took place at the site of the department. The main topics of discussion were such topics as: blitz brief, new co-branding product of the Collegia, analysis of the work of the collar sales platform for 2018, conversations with customers, development of insurance company personnel, etc. The event was attended by over 30 participants - directors, managers and managers of additional offices of the Stavropol RF, JSC “Rosselkhozbank.

The Head of the Chair of Financial Management and Banking, Doctor of Economics, Professor Yulia Mikhailovna Sklyarova made a welcoming speech on the possibilities of the Business –Technology Transfer Center. The training participants were also greeted by the deputy director of the Stavropol RF - Larisa Khudyakova.

Financiers also took part in the role-playing game “Conversation” in the sale to customers of 1000+ (Variants, Models), where they viewed sales as a technological process and received an overview of modern sales techniques. Not spared such an important topic as overcoming psychological barriers and the ability to build effective communication with potential buyers.

One of the objectives of the training is to exchange experiences, identify the needs of the retail insurance market and determine its further development trends in Russia, as well as improving the quality of market participants' knowledge about the development of retail insurance.
