At the department of Animal Science, Selection and Breeding of Animals of the Faculty of Technological Management a new textbook “Technologies of intensive poultry farming. A short course of lectures.” is published.
Professor of the Department of Animal Science, Selection and Breeding of Animals of Stavropol State Agrarian University - Elena Edugartovna Epimakhova and Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the poultry meat production technology laboratory of the poultry production technology department of the Federal Science Center “VNITIP” of the Russian Academy of Sciences Irina Saleeva developed and published a textbook “Technologies of Intensive Poultry Farming. A short course of lectures”.
The manual is recommended by the Federal educational and methodical association for an enlarged group of specialties and areas of higher education training "Veterinary medicine and zootechny", as a textbook for university students enrolled in the direction of training "Zootechny" management issues in the poultry industry.
The authors devoted the publication to their fathers, poultry farmers E.A. Duyunov and P.F. Saleev, clearly demonstrating the continuity of generations in animal husbandry.
