On the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, advanced training courses for agronomists were held

Leading experts - agronomists from 24 agricultural enterprises and organizations of the Stavropol Territory were trained under the advanced training program: “Varietal policy in adaptive farming: the organization of varietal and seed control of field, vegetable, melon crops and fodder root crops. Basics of approbation.”

For five days, the specialists of the agro-industrial complex studied the problems of the varietal policy, the legal basis of the work on the variety and seed control of field, vegetable, melon crops and fodder root crops, the accreditation of samplers from batches of seeds of agricultural crops. Agronomists of agricultural enterprises and organizations also got acquainted with the provisions of the instructions for approbation of varietal crops of field crops and sampling of seed material and other topics.

Advanced training was organized by the Institute of Continuing Professional Education. The classes were conducted by teachers of the Departments of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Ecology and Landscape Architecture of the university, as well as highly professional practitioners.

After the final attestation, all students were given certificates of advanced training of Stavropol State Agrarian University.
