Head of the Department of General Agriculture, Plant and Breeding named after Professor F.I. Bobryshev - Olga Ivanovna Vlasova took part in the III South Grain Forum. The forum was organized by the non-profit partnership “Southern Guild of Bakers, Confectioners and Hospitality Industry”.
The Forum addressed issues of the effectiveness of state support measures for the agri-food sector, prospects for the development of internal and external sales markets, best practices of technological modernization in farms, and prospects for the development of agriculture in southern Russia.
The discussion was attended by representatives of federal and regional executive authorities, heads of leading agricultural holdings and agricultural organizations, grain processing and storage enterprises, and leading Russian and foreign experts.
Within the framework of the Forum there was a plenary session “Strategy for the Development of the Grain Industry in the South of Russia: Prospects and Risks”, a round table "Exports of grain and its products - new markets and strategic partners", a specialized seminar “Application of new technologies to increase the yield and quality of grain”, where Olga Ivanovna Vlasova made a presentation “Comparative evaluation of traditional and zero technology of cultivation of winter wheat”.
