The conference was attended by Olga Viktorovna Timofeyeva - Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, PNF member of the central headquarters, Mikhail Vladimirovich Razvozhaev - PNF Executive Committee head, Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov - Governor of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev - Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor.

At the conference, the new headquarters elected co-chairs. They were: Alexander Budyak - the director of gymnasium No. 24 (Stavropol), Viktor Nadein - the finalist of the “Leaders of Russia” competition, the deputy of the Stavropol Territory Duma and Elena Kozak - the director of the Resource Center for support of volunteering and civil initiatives of the Stavropol Territory.

Gennady Levin, director of the Stavropol Palace of Culture and Sports, was chosen to be responsible for the direction of culture. Volunteering and volunteering will be reinforced by the winner of the Russian national award “Student of the Year” in the nomination “Volunteer of the Year”, winner of the state award “Hot Heart”, Master of the Stavropol State Agrarian University Inna Kuliyeva.
