On the first spring holiday, when everything comes to life, the sun shines and flowers bloom, traditionally all women of the fair sex are honored. In the assembly hall of the Stavropol State Agrarian University a creative concert for lovely ladies took place.
International Women's Day, celebrated in the Stavropol State Agrarian University home-style, but deservedly large scale. The rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev congratulated all the teachers, staff members and students on the holiday.
With their work, the guests of the holiday were pleased with the vocal groups: the choir of the employees of the Stavropol State Agrarian University and the ensemble “45 parallel”.
A special guest was the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Anna Efimovna Leshchenko. On behalf of the entire staff of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Rector Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev presented her with flowers, and noted the great contribution of Soviet women to the 1945 Victory.
