Lecturer of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the work of the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Man and Scientific and Technical Progress in the Socio-Economic Paradigm of the Future"

The conference was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Stavropol State Agrarian University was presented by Natalia Bannikova, Professor of the Department of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy, Doctor of Economics.

The Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow) annually holds an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the most topical issues of the socio-economic development of modern Russia in a changing world. Natalia Bannikova, a professor at the Department of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy, has been a member of the conference organizing committee for many years.

At the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference “Man and Scientific and Technical Progress in the Socio-Economic Paradigm of the Future”, Natalia presented a report prepared jointly with Doctor of Economics, Professor Olga Kusakina on the topic “Different possibilities for building human capital in a digital economy: sectoral aspect.

The report, which aroused great interest among the conference participants, characterized the features of the digitization process in agriculture, including taking into account the departmental project “Digital Agriculture”, the potential social and economic risks associated with it, and the challenges that educational institutions face. digital competencies in agricultural workers. The authors received an offer to publish the report in the Scientific Journal of Corporate Management and Economics of the Slovak State Technological University (Bratislava).
