From March 12 to 14, 2019, in the resort town of Yessentuki, the final of the Championship of the Student Basketball Association in the Caucasus Division among men’s teams was held in the 2018-2019 season.
The competition was attended by 7 teams from different universities of the North Caucasus Federal District. Athletes from Stavropol, Pyatigorsk, Grozny, Ardon, Nalchik and Vladikavkaz fought for the title of champions.
The team of Stavropol State Agrarian University was the youngest, but did not yield to rivals in skill. Students took the honourable third place.
