A strategic session of the national technology initiative was held in the city of Rostov-on-Don. The main objective of the event was to uncover opportunities for the modernization and development of industry through new technologies, the organization of production through work within the framework of the STI markets.
The event was attended by representatives of Stavropol State Agrarian University:
- Bobryshev A.N. project office manager
- Shlaev D.V. Head of the Information Systems Department
- Sidelnikov D.A. Assistant Department of Machinery and Technology AIC
- Nazarenko A.V. Head of the Department of Management.
- Shlykov S.N. Professor, Department of Agricultural Production and Processing
- Devederkin I.V. Senior Lecturer, Departments of Electricity Use in Agriculture.
At the federal level, future markets or STI markets are already defined. The regions of Russia need to find themselves in them and begin to create new and reconfigure the existing conditions for the preparation of technology companies - future national champions. And these companies are not ephemeral; they are not in a vacuum or only in capital cities, they “grow” in specific regions of Russia.
The strategic session brought together representatives of the business community, industrial companies, start-ups, executive authorities of the Rostov region, the scientific community, STI Working Groups on “no” markets (Energinet, Technet, AeroNet, Foodnet, Edunet, Fashionnet) development experts, as well as participants and winners of technology competitions from the Rostov region.
Head of the Project Office of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Alexey Nikolaevich Bobryshev, shared his experience in the development of the NTI Foodnet in the Stavropol Territory. Candidate of Technical Sciences, Senior Lecturer Igor Viktorovich Devederkin, made a report on the comprehensive scientific and technical project “Development of aeroponics technology for obtaining healthy minitlub potatoes, taking into account new methods of creating nutrient aerosols” for solving the tasks of FNTP: creating and introducing modern technologies for production, processing and storage agricultural products, raw materials and food, which corresponds to the subprogram “Development of potato breeding and seed production”.
The work program for Foodnet - personalized nutrition and new types of food - will be developed and is expected to be approved by the end of 2019. According to the document, by 2035, Russian companies should take more than five percent of the world market in five priority segments: “smart” agriculture, accelerated selection, new sources of raw materials, affordable organic matter and personalized nutrition. According to the May decree of the President of the Russian Federation, this task is concretized: an increase in agro-export to $ 45 billion a year. The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia is certain that such a qualitative breakthrough is possible for the country, but experts doubt that, in the current situation, the agricultural sector will be able to meet ambitious expectations.
