On the basis of Stavropol State Agrarian University, on the initiative of the Rector, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev, a practical conference “Actual issues of legislation in the field of cadastral activities” was held, organized by the "Stavkrayimuschestvo" State Research Institution and the Chair of Land Management and Cadastre.
The following issues were heard and discussed at the conference:
- Analysis of development of cadastral activities in the framework of the civil law institution of self-regulation: facts, statistics, conclusions. Speaker Voronin M.M. - Deputy General Director of "Cadastral Engineers".
- Changes in legislation in the field of cadastral registration and cadastral activities in connection with the improvement of land legislation and legislation in the field of urban planning. Speaker Nuprienkova A.V. - Head of Cadastral Records and Cadastre Department of the Divisiont of Real Estate of the Economic Development Ministry in Russia.
- The use of modern software for electronic interaction with Rosreestr. Speaker Belousov R.A. - regional representative of TechnoCad LLC in the Stavropol Territory.
- Optimization of cadastral works through the use of modern satellite technologies and data from the permanently operating GNSS-base stations of the EFT-CORS project. Speaker Kuleshov O.V. - specialist of LLC Effective Technologies Center.
There were also in the conference: Borisov B.G. (First Deputy Minister of Property Relations of the Stavropol Territory); Esaulko A.N. (Dean of the Department of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor of RAS); Loshakov A.V. (Head of the Chair of Land Management and Cadastre, PhD of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor, staff of the Chair of Land Management and Cadastre of our University and students of the 3rd and 4th courses of the major "Land Management and Cadastre."
