For students of the 4th course of the Department of Agrobiology and Land Resources, areas of preparation “Food from plant materials” (profile “Technology of fermentation production and winemaking”), an open lecture on the topic “Regulatory and technical documentation governing the wine industry” were held.
The lecture was given by the Deputy Director of the state enterprise "Stavropol vinogradplodoprom" Aleksey Sergeevich Lysenko.
At the beginning of the lecture, students familiarized themselves with the history of the appearance of documentation regulating the wine industry in Russia and learned about new documents that are currently being considered in the State Duma.
After a brief excursion into the history of the creation of alcohol legislation, Alexey Sergeevich told the children and gave explanations on the Federal Law No. 171-ФЗ “On state regulation of the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products and on limiting the consumption (drinking) of alcoholic beverages” the same according to the technical regulations “On the safety of alcoholic beverages”, all-Union State Standard and other standards.
Students asked many questions and received answers.
