In order to form teams of regional universities that implement systemic changes in the educational environment for training technological breakthroughs, the University "20.35" developed a special format of activities for working with universities in the teamwork fields.
On the eve of the educational intensive “Island 10-22”, a communication session was held on the basis of Don State Technical University, aimed at creating and developing teams of regional universities that will implement systemic changes in the field of training for technological and economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation. The main moderator of the event was the head of the project "Digital Transformation of Universities" Irina Belozerova.
Representatives of Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the communication session:
- Khokhlova Elena Vasilyevna, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Strategic Development and Project Activities Department;
- Bobryshev Alexey Nikolaevich, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Project Office;
- Ivanov Dmitry Vladimirovich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Scientific Innovation Training Center;
- Mastepanenko Maxim Alekseevich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Electric Power;
- Sidelnikov Dmitry Alekseevich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, assistant.
The main practical objective of the session was to synchronize the common meanings and joint understanding of the process of digital transformation of universities.
The session consisted of visionary, theoretical and practical parts. The visionary one was devoted to the future in the conditions of the digital economy, the theoretical one – to designing an image of the result of a digital transformation, and practical one - to analysis of the situation in each institution of higher education, as well as work with data and data-based management.
Our team faced the task of developing projects for the digital transformation format of the university, describing the concept, hypothesis, main challenges, digital transformation readiness matrix, objectives and implementation plan. In the longer term, it is planned to submit projects at the educational intensive “Island 10-22”, which will be held in July in Moscow.
A total of 9 university teams from the South of Russia took part in the communication session:
- Stavropol State Agrarian University,
- Don State Technical University,
- Kuban State Agrarian University,
- Kuban State University,
- South Federal University,
- North Caucasus Federal University,
- Dagestan State University of National Economy,
- South Russian Institute of Management, Branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration,
- Rostov State Economic University.
In addition to the workshop, an educational program was organized for the teams. The participants got acquainted with the main formats of interaction of the STI University “20.35” with regional universities and educational intensives, which are planned this year.
