Meeting of students with representatives of PAO "Sberbank"

On the basis of the innovative and technological Foresight Center "Analytics and Financial Technologies", a meeting of the Finance and Credit training direction and the Faculty of Economics of the State and Municipal Management training direction was held with Kovalenko Olga Alexandrovna, an expert of the staff selection and adaptation department of Sberbank of Russia. The theme of the meeting was the work in the bank call center.

“The Sberbank Contact Center is a support hotline for bank customers and those interested in the products and services of this credit and financial institution. Call center employees promptly answer subscriber questions, help solve technical problems, and offer various banking products. Sberbank call centers work in many cities of our country and regularly recruit new employees” said Olga Kovalenko.

Sberbank does not impose severe restrictions on the level of education and experience in a similar position. Become a call center operator can persons with higher, incomplete higher and secondary special education. Before starting work, new employees undergo compulsory training under the guidance of a trainer in order to understand the specifics of work and learn how to use equipment. With regard to personal characteristics, the contact center operator is required:

· sociability;

· stress resistance;

· competent Russian speech and ability to conduct a dialogue.

At the end of the meeting, the students filled out application forms for open vacancies in PAO “Sberbank” and will be put on a list of the personnel reserve of the bank.
