The master class was held in the form of business communication with students in the course of which peculiarities of sales in business markets of different types were considered, each of which operates on its own terms, requires a special approach in terms of organizing and marketing products, consumer motivation, and choosing a type of communication. In more detail, Alexander Rubtsov focused on the features of B2C, as a business market in the classification system by type of end user. As one of the most important features, he considered his emotional and rational character, since the key factor is a person’s desire to buy a certain product, guided by a subjective assessment, the emotions that have arisen. He shared his personal experience with B2C sales channels: an online store; aggregator companies (Avito, Wikimart, Yandex.Market, etc.); social networks.
The lecturer noted the high level of student training. According to the results of the master class, the speaker invited the interested guys to practice, which will be the basis for their further employment.
