In the framework of many years of scientific and creative cooperation with the strategic partner of the Stavropol State Agrarian Agency «Resource» State University, veterinary medicine students visited the veterinary training field and the technological management of the «Zootechny» training field to a broiler-breeding company.
During the tour, buildings were shown in which broiler chickens are raised. Specialists familiarized students with the work of innovative equipment in the buildings and modern technologies used in the process of feeding, watering and vaccination of poultry. The guys showed high interest and asked many professional questions, to which they received exhaustive answers.
After the excursion, the manager of communications and work with young specialists, Elena Nikolaevna Bondareva, conducted a training «Assessment of competences» to determine the priority professional qualities of effective work. Students were offered several tasks and tests, which according to the assessment of Bondareva E.N. they did excellent.
The purpose of the trip to «Blagodarnenskiy branch of ZAO «The Stavropol Broiler» was not only to study in practice the veterinary and zootechnical disciplines, but also to achieve an agreement on technological practice and subsequent possible employment between students and employers of «Resource».
The long-term experience of cooperation between the faculties of veterinary medicine and technology management with one of the leading enterprises of Russia GAP «Resource» shows the high demand for our graduates.
