International Scientific and Practical Conference «Accounting, Economics and Finance: The Current State of Actual Problems in the Conditions of Digital Transformation»

An international scientific-practical conference «Accounting, Economics and Finance: The Current State of Actual Problems in the Conditions of Digital Transformation», organized by the Accounting and Finance Faculty of Stavropol State Agrarian University, was held.

The main objectives of the conference are the scientific development of young scientists and acquaintance with new practice-oriented research in various fields of science and practice.

The geography of the conference participants is quite wide. So, the conference was attended by scientists from the Voronezh State University (Voronezh); RSAU-Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow); Russian State Agrarian Correspondence University (Moscow); Orеl Institute of Economics and Trade (Orel), Ryazan State Agrotechnological University (Ryazan); Kuban State Agrarian University (Krasnodar), Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata, University "Turan-Astana" (Republic of Kazakhstan), etc.

The Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Professor Morozov Vitaly Yuryevich, as well as the Dean of the Accounting and Finance Faculty, Professor Kostyukova Elena Ivanovna addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech.

In the mode of video communication candidate of economic sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, Associate Professor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of the Finance, Accounting and Evaluation Department of the University Turan-Astana Yesymkhanova Zeinegul Klyshbekovna told about the development of the financial sector in the digitalization of the economy of Kazakhstan. Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Economics and Innovation Business Department of the University Turan-Astana Kakimzhanov Zeinel Rakimovich highlighted the problems of the formation and development of public-private partnership in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Doctor of Economics, Professor, Department of Accounting Management Accounting, Stavropol State Agrarian University, Viktor Sergeevich Yakovenko, spoke on «Problems of using information technologies for monitoring and managing business processes in holding structures».

The head of the strategic development department of Voronezh State University, Alexey Aleksandrovich Makhotin, spoke about the cost-effective approach to assessing the effectiveness of using the property complex of budgetary educational institutions.

Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Analysis and Audit of Voronezh State University Panina Irina Viktorovna spoke on the topic «Changes in legislation as a factor influencing the Russian market of audit services».

Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Analysis and Audit of the Voronezh State University Nadezhda Viktorovna Kondrashova spoke about the possibilities of standardizing economic analysis.

The topic of the report of the postgraduate student of the accounting and financial faculty of the Stavropol State Agrarian University Romanenko Anna Valerievna was «The development of the accounting process in the conditions of transformation of public catering organizations».

Nelli Pavlovna Agafonova, a graduate student of the program «Management Accounting and Controlling» of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, made a report «Features of management accounting in the project management system».
