School of student activists for students of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture

For the first time, students of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture held a large-scale event “Step into an asset” on the basis of an educational and experimental farm of Stavropol State Agrarian University.

The student asset school, conducted thanks to the support of the dean’s offices of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources and ecology and landscape architecture, provided another opportunity for freshmen to express themselves, their talents and, of course, acquire new knowledge. Therefore, “Step into an asset” became one of the most memorable events in which students participated with great pleasure and great interest.

The main task of the inter-faculty School of the asset was to identify leadership qualities among first-year students. By drawing lots the guys were divided into 5 teams, each of which was supervised by a mentor from among the senior students. During the day, activists took a rope course, team building trainings and motivation to work together further, which helped to reveal the creative potential and activity of first-year students.

For the purpose of patriotic education of freshmen, the event “Step into an asset” was timed to the Victory Day. In order for the students to feel the morale of the soldiers and fill the very atmosphere in the territory of the experimental station, the field kitchen was deployed and the soldiers' tent was set up, inside which the real soldier's porridge was especially tasty.

After the contests and master classes, the participants in the school of the asset decided to hold an environmental action to clean up the adjacent territory of the experimental station from household waste. As a result, about 100 kg of garbage was collected, and the winning team was awarded a sweet prize.

Summing up the results of the first School of the asset, the leaders were identified by the result of the team voting. They were Ustinov Vyacheslav, Alpatova Maria, Abdurahimova Anna, Kosorotova Daria and Gaidenko Sergey, who received diplomas and souvenirs.
