Plenary session of the section of the Faculties of Veterinary Medicine and Technological Management of the 84th regional scientific-practical conference "Agrarian Science to the North Caucasus Federal District"

The topic of the plenary session: "Innovative technologies in agriculture, veterinary medicine and food industry." The work was attended by teachers of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, as well as employees of the FKP "Stavropol Biofactory", NCFU, "Anti-Plague Institute", FSBSI ARSISGB.

Before the conference, participants could familiarize themselves with the stands representing the scientific and methodological developments of the faculties.

The conference was attended by foreign scientists. Academician of the Tajik Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Mirzoev Davlatali Mirzoev addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. In his speech, he stressed the prospects for cooperation of universities in the scientific and educational fields.

With the report "On the prospects of scientific support for the development of domestic sheep and goat breeding," the director of FSBSI ARSISGBK, professor RAS, doctor of biological sciences Marina I. Ivanovna.

An important element of the development of the innovation market “FOOD NET” is a complete and comprehensive information support of consumers about the positive properties of the functional food products produced. In his report “Functional Sour-Milk Drinks Enriched with Functional Ingredients”, this director was given detailed attention by Lodygin Alexey D. Lodygin, Deputy Director of the Institute of Living Systems of the NCFU, Doctor of Technical Sciences.

The audience was interested in a report on the topic: “Opportunities of X-ray microtomography for studying the structure of bone tissue” by the leading researcher of the interdepartmental research and educational laboratory of experimental immunomorphology and immunobiotechnology of the North Caucasian Federal University, Ph.D. Associate Professor Rzhepakovsky Igor Vladimirovich.

At the conferences held by faculties, informational reports of the strategic partner of the FKP “Stavropol Biofactory” have become traditional. Olga Alexandrovna Gevlich, Head of the Department of Epidemiology, Monitoring, Development and Technological Control, Stavropol Biofabrika FP, Candidate of Biological Sciences, presented the report: “LTF-130 vaccine as a basis for the prevention and treatment of cattle trichophytia”.

In continuation of the plenary meeting, honoring diplomas in nominations "Discovery of the Year" and "Researcher Practitioner" of students and postgraduates of faculties, whose reports at the previous sectional meetings aroused the greatest interest.

Also, the faculty honored the winners and prize-winners of the II stage of the annual All-Russian competition for the best scientific work among students, graduate students and young scientists of the universities of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory.

According to the results of the conference, a collection of scientific articles is being formed, which will be posted in the electronic database of the RISC and on the university website.
