The results of the work of the Stavropol State Agrarian University are now known in Bulgaria.

The materials on computer literacy courses organized at the Institute of Supplementary Education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University were published in Bulgaria.

People of retirement age need care and social adaptation to changing external conditions. They should be informed about current changes in society. Possession of computer equipment allows them to keep abreast of all upcoming events, to receive services remotely, which greatly facilitate their lives.

The Stavropol State Agrarian University makes a significant contribution to this work, in particular, conducting computer literacy courses for pensioners. This project has become traditional for the department of information systems of the SSAU.

Publications about this were held in the mass media of Russia, and now already abroad. In Bulgaria they want to borrow our experience and the government of this country drew attention to the results of the activity of our Institute of Supplementary Education. An article entitled “A student ... 90 years old” and devoted to the experience of our University with retirees, was published in the Bulgarian newspaper “Russia Today”.
