Visit of the Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Nikolaevich Patrushev to Stavropol State Agrarian University

As part of his working trip to the Stavropol Territory, the Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev visited the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The head of the Ministry of Agriculture examined the educational and laboratory building of the agronomical faculty and the faculty of plant protection, mobile educational research laboratories and other facilities of the university, and also took part in the official opening of a modern vocational training center equipped with 3D prototyping and modeling equipment.

Vladimir Nikolayevich Trukhachev, Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor welcomed Vladimir Nikolayevich Patrushev, Minister of Agriculture.

The delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture examined mobile educational and scientific laboratories that provide operational work “on the ground”, on collective farms and on an educational and experimental farm.

Then, a new building of the Stavropol State Agrarian University was presented. The building has an area of 27 thousand square meters. with one of the largest auditoriums in the NCFD.

The exhibition “Investment Projects in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Stavropol Territory” was presented in the building, some of the projects are being implemented by young scientists of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

Then, a modern 3D prototyping center was opened at the faculty of agricultural mechanization.

The center aims to create conditions for young innovators to carry out project activities, to give them access to modern technologies and equipment for digital production for the manufacture of functional prototypes in the field of agricultural mechanization. The Minister noted the high level of technical support of the center, the equipment of which allows both teaching students modern prototyping technologies and reverse engineering, as well as providing relevant services to small innovative companies and research institutions.

Dmitry Nikolayevich Patrushev also held a meeting with the faculty of the university, during which he presented departmental awards of the Ministry of Agriculture to lecturers and employees of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

- The title “Honorary Worker of the Russian AIC” to Elena Vyacheslavovna Pismennaya - Assistant Professor of the Department of Land Management and Cadastre, Stavropol State Agrarian University

- The title of “Honorary Worker of the Russian AIC” to Anna Petrovna Shutko - Head of the Department of Plant Chemistry and Plant Protection, Stavropol State Agrarian University

- The title of “Honorary Worker of the Russian AIC” to Natalia Nikolaevna Glazunova - Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry and Plant Protection, Stavropol State Agrarian University

Then the delegation members were represented with the equipment of the sports hall and examined the territory of the university.
