Regional seminar-meeting ”Modern varieties of winter grain crops of breeding centres in the South of Russia and modern means of protecting plants of agricultural crops”

Dean of the Faculty of Agro biology and Land Resources, Professor Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko and Director of the Training and Experimental Economy of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Associate Professor Alexander Vladimirovich Voskoboynikov, attended the regional seminar-conference “Modern varieties of winter grain crops of breeding centres in the South of Russia and modern means of crop plant protection” on the basis of the leading enterprise of seed production LLC Experimental Production Farm “LUCH” in Novoselitsky district.

The seminar was attended by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory A.Yu. Oleynikov, leading scientists-breeders of the North Caucasus Federal Scientific Agrarian Centre, FSBSI “NCG named after P.P. Lukyanenko”. FSBSI “Agrarian Scientific Centre Donskoy”, representatives of companies on plant protection products. As part of the meeting, representatives of breeding centres at breeding sites clearly demonstrated their latest achievements in the breeding of winter crops, and representatives of plant protection companies presented their advanced developments in the field of pesticide application.

Conducting this event has already become a good tradition in LLC Experimental Production Farm “LUCH” in Novoselitsky district and annually gathers a huge audience of agricultural producers and scientists of the North Caucasus Federal District for the exchange of practical information and advanced achievements in the agricultural sector.
