Meeting of students with Academician of RAS Vladimir Semenovich Sotchenko

At the invitation of the Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Sotchenko arrived to the university to discuss cooperation in the field of educational, industrial activities and employment of University graduates.

After meeting with the Rector, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Sotchenko and Director of the All-Russian Research Institute of Corn, Yuri Vladimirovich Sotchenko, visited the Faculty of Agro biology and Land Resources, where they held a meeting with the Dean, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Nikolayevich Esaulko and Head of the Department of General Agriculture , crop production and breeding named after Professor F.I. Bobryshev Olga Ivanovna Vlasova, where they discussed priority issues of selection of maize hybrids and practical training by students at the All-Russian Research Institute of Corn.

Vladimir Semenovich and Yuri Vladimirovich met with students of 2-4 years of study in Agronomy, where they told young professionals about the structure of their organization about the prospects for its development and employment opportunities, about the main activities of the institute, such as the introduction of scientific achievements and best practices in the field of breeding, the creation of scientific and technical products, conducting fundamental and applied scientific research.
