Implementation of the professional training program “Machine Milking Operator” for specialists of AAO “Padyga

A group of teachers of the department of private animal science, breeding and breeding of animals, composed of Professor of the Department, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences S.A. Oleinik, associate professors of the department, candidates of agricultural sciences V.E. Zakotina and A.A. Pokotilo, in conjunction with the Institute of Additional Education, implemented a program of advanced training and training "Machine Milking Operator" of the specialists of the AAO "Raduga" of the Novoaleksandrovsky District of the Stavropol Territory.

The training program included practical issues of direct relevance to the performance of machine milking functions for dairy cows. The attention of the listeners was focused on the modern legal, zootechnical and technological aspects that are necessary for the production of high-quality animal products and effective management of the dairy herd.

At the end of the work, together with the specialists of the veterinary service of the farm, an attestation of the students was carried out and they were given certificates of attendance.

We hope that the obtained theoretical and practical knowledge will find application in the practical activity of machine milking operators: Gushchina S.D, Dyakova A.N., Molokova TV, Trifonova S.R., since increasing the efficiency of milk production and improving the quality of finished products are important prerequisites for industry profitability.
