Visit of PANKOBIRLIR representatives to Stavropol State Agrarian University

Stavropol State Agrarian University has many foreign strategic partners. Employees and students are given the opportunity to gain practical experience and consolidate their theoretical knowledge in leading universities and enterprises of foreign countries.

At the invitation of the Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev, a delegation of the Turkish company PANKOBIRLIR arrived at the university: Mukhiddin Beyogoglu - Director of the Ankara Sugar Cooperative and Zakai Koseoglu - President of the Agricultural Chamber of Farmers.

PANKOBIRLIR is the main body and representative of beet cooperatives, which provide, distribute, control and coordinate all types of agricultural activities that partners use in their field of production. The company includes 8 sugar factories, more than 50 agricultural beet cooperatives with approximately 1.5 million partners.

A delegation from Turkey at the university was met by the Vice-Rector for Academic and Educational Work, Professor Atanov Ivan Vyacheslavovich, who held a meeting with the guests, during which they discussed issues of close cooperation between the university and the company in the area of ​​employee and student exchange.

With further stay, guests from Turkey visited the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, where Dean of the Faculty, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Esaulko Alexander Nikolaevich held a meeting.

During the meeting, the issues of concluding an agreement on creative cooperation, on conducting joint research projects, and on practical training by students at the base of PANKOBIRLIR company were discussed.

After the meeting, the guests together with the dean of the faculties Esaulko A.N. S. Serikov, Head of the Department of International Relations, Associate Professor, Candidate of Economic Sciences, went on a tour of the university, where the guests were shown the Center of Students of the Agrarian University, the FabLab Center "Vector", the audience and the laboratory of the university
