Field Day "August of Workshops 2019": Growing with us is easier

Stavropol State Agrarian University has long-term friendship and close cooperation in the field of training and research in the field of plant protection with the firm "August". In the Kochubeevsky district of the Stavropol Territory, the company held "Field Day" in one of the leading farms in southern Russia - APC collective farm-breeding plant "Kazminsky."

Stavropol farmers gathered to get acquainted with the results of the introduction of new products and technologies of the company, which allow increasing the yield and quality of crop production.

The event was visited by the delegation of Stavropol State Agrarian University:

· Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture

· Alexander Vladimirovich Voskoboinikov, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Director of the Experimental Station of the Stavropol State Agrarian University

· Yulia Alexandrovna Bezgina, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry and Plant Protection

· Alexey Gennadyevich Matveev, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Chief Agronomist of the Experimental Station of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

During the registration of participants and guests of the exhibition was held the demonstration of the equipment of the STC and DAR-AGRO companies and the effectiveness of TeeJet sprayers in the laser room, and modern technologies of mineral nutrition from the PhosAgro company were presented.

The event was opened by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Andrei Yuryevich Oleinikov, chairman of the APC collective farm and breeding plant Kazminsky, honored worker of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, Hero of Labor Stavropol Sergey Shumsky and general director of AO Avgust firm Alexander M. Uskov.

After the greeting, the participants and guests of the events went to a field demonstration of the effectiveness of the preparation. Here, technologists from the Stavropol representative office of "August" told about the features of managing the main crops of the region - winter wheat, sugar beet, corn, sunflower, winter rapeseed and soybeans.

The workshop participants showed great interest in August’s tried drugs, asked a lot of questions about their most efficient use, including the preparation of tank mixes, and interested in other crop protection schemes.

"August" is the largest Russian company for the production and sale of plant protection chemicals for agricultural production, as well as for owners of private farms and summer residents.

For many years, "August" has been one of the leaders in the domestic pesticide market, and for a long time has been holding the lead in protecting field crops.

The company has a strong position in the market of chemical plant protection products.

APC "Kazminsky" is an example of high culture of agriculture. In terms of the level of farming culture and the scale of the introduction of new technologies, the economy has no equal not only in the Stavropol Territory, but also in the entire South of Russia.

The collective farm-breeding plant "Kazminsky" is one of the best farms not only in the South of Russia, but also in the country, became an example of high farming standards of the world.

The fields of the farm are a kind of scientific testing ground where innovative developments are successfully tested. The best performance in terms of yield and gross yield is a natural result of the impact of a whole complex of factors: serious financial investments, skillful management, and the use of advanced technologies, multiplied by the coordinated work of a large team.
