The 37th Open Regional Volleyball Cup in memory of S.S. Serikov among women's and men's teams was held on the basis of the Stavropol State Agricultural University.
The women's team of the University won a landslide victory. In the competition participated six teams of the Stavropol territory: the Youth national team (participating in the final of the sports contest of students of Russia), the team of Kislovodsk, the team of Stavropol school of the Olympic reserve, STGMU, NCFU and SSAU.

The first international competition of creative works "Love for language in the heart of everyone" was held in Stavropol from April 20 to May 10, 2019. The Russian language contest is aimed at increasing interest in the study of Russian language and culture, as well as popularization of the Russian language in the world.
The competition was attended by foreign students studying in the universities of Saratov, Irkutsk, St. Petersburg, Pskov, Stavropol.
Following the results of the competition, the student of the preparatory department for foreign students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University Majd Hadur took the first place in the nomination "My native language and Russian language are so different and so similar". The holders of certificates of participation were his classmates – Abdelalim Ahmed Marzuk and Hayan Hassr. We congratulate the guys and wish them further success in their studies!
