Results of the first part of the XV International scientific and practical conference of the Russian Society for Ecological Economics RSEE 2019 / REE 2019

For three days on the basis of the Agrarian University were held meetings, round tables and briefings in the framework of The international conference of RSEE 2019 "Strategies and tools for sustainable economic development".

Participants from 32 subjects of the Russian Federation and 16 countries of the near and far abroad for three days discussed topical issues of the world environmental economy.

The main topic of discussion was:

· Problems and prospects of transition to "green" economy;

· Sustainable development of territories and economic sectors;

· Financial sources and mechanisms for environmental protection;

· Interaction of government, business and civil society in solving environmental and economic problems;

· Actual problems of nature management economy in Russia: development of Arctic territories, introduction of "green" technologies, development of ecotourism;

· Sustainable agriculture and development of the southern regions of Russia.

Work at the Stavropol SAU came to an end. Now guests of the North Caucasus will visit the national Park "Kislovodsk" and tourist and recreational complex "Arkhyz".
