In the assembly hall of the new educational and laboratory building, the traditional meeting of the rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University with student activists took place

At the beginning of each academic year, student activists meet with the rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev. Students have the opportunity to ask the rector questions, and learn firsthand about what plans will be implemented in the very near future.

The meeting was opened by the rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Doctor of Economics, Professor Vladimir Trukhachev. The rector spoke about the latest achievements of the material and technical base of the university, and the capabilities of the new educational and laboratory building.

The Rector and the students were addressed by the heads of student unions, who spoke about the main areas of the activists’ work.

Yana Nikonova - undergraduate of the Accounting and Finance Faculty, chairman of the student council of the Accounting and Finance Faculty, specialist in the educational work and social affairs department of Stavropol State Agrarian University

Maxim Anuprienko - undergraduate of the Faculty of Farm Mechanization, Chairman of the Council of Students of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Commissioner of the Headquarters of student units "Agrarian"

Sergey Nogin - student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, head of the regional branch Young Guard of United Russia

Inna Kulieva - undergraduate of the Faculty of Farm Mechanization, head of the Headquarters of the volunteer teams of Stavropol State Agrarian University

The meeting was held by the Chairman of the trade union committee of students of the Agrarian University - Nikolai Golovin.

Everyone was able to ask questions to the Rector, and most importantly to get comprehensive answers. Basically, the students were interested in household issues, activists proposed to establish a wardrobe and benches at the Faculty of Economics, as well as optimize the territory of the university. Rector, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev with interest supported the undertakings of students and took the solution of these issues under personal control.
