A series of events "We are future voters" for students of Stavropol State Agrarian University

Last week, a series of events entitled “We are Future Voters” took place at Stavropol State Agarian University, aimed at increasing the activity of modern youth in the elections and creating civil responsibility among young people.

Young voters watched with interest the materials of the information video on the topic “The future of the country is youth”, drawn up with the support of the territorial election commission.

Of particular interest was the discussion on the history of the institution of elections and the foundations of the electoral process. Students learned about the principles of suffrage and the correct sequence of stages of an election campaign.

The meeting was addressed by the head of the Department of Philosophy and History E.V. Tufanov. He noted: “Being a citizen of Russia is a great honor, and wherever a Russian citizen is, on his land or abroad, he should be proud of belonging to Great Russia and worthily bear the high rank of a citizen of the Russian Federation!”

The awareness-raising event “We are Future Voters” was held by the staff of the Department of Philosophy and History.
