Visit of the Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Anatoly Yakovlevich Samuilenko to the Stavropol State Agrarian University

At the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine the awarding of the title "Honorary Professor" of the Stavropol State Agrarian University to the Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor A.Ya. Samuilenko was held.

The honorary scarlet mantle and academic cap were presented to the honored guest by the rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev.

In his speech, the rector emphasized that Anatoly Yakovlevich Samuilenko devoted more than half a century to research and practical activities in the field of veterinary virology and industrial biotechnology. His innovative developments are used in Russia and abroad.

The path of a scientist in science is currently marked by more than 500 published scientific works, of which 12 are monographs, 3 textbooks and study guides, Anatoly Yakovlevich has 44 patents and copyright certificates

Honorary Professor of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor A.Ya. Samuilenko addressed students and teachers of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, with a lecture "Modern views on the theory of immunity." Listeners were able to ask the scientist questions.

Then an excursion was organized to the Faculties of Veterinary Medicine and Technological Management, to the research medical research veterinary center and laboratories.
