A certificate of state registration of a computer program has been received

The staff of the Production and Processing of Food Products from Plant Materials Department obtained a certificate of state registration of the computer program "TP in the discipline" Bioconversion of plant materials "(For direction 04/19/02)."

The discipline "Bioconversion of plant materials" is the discipline of the basic part and is compulsory for graduate students in the field of preparation 04/19/02 Food products from plant materials (master's program "Technology of alcoholic, low-alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks") full-time, part-time or distance learning.

The TP, intended for the organization of academic work in the discipline, is represented by the work program of the discipline “Bioconversion of plant materials”, materials for practical exercises, materials for organizing independent work, and a list of references.The purpose of studying the discipline "Bioconversion of plant materials" is the formation of competencies among undergraduates aimed at obtaining theoretical knowledge and practical fundamentals about the chemical composition of plant materials and the main types of bioconversion: physical, chemical, biological. This implies the ability to determine the quality indicators of waste plant materials occurring in the production of food.

Realization of the goal of discipline means the possession of the theoretical foundations of bioconversion of plant materials needed to increase production efficiency, the skills to conduct physical and chemical conversion of plant materials in food production.The objective of the discipline is the acquisition by students of the ability to use deep specialized specialized theoretical and practical knowledge to conduct research, based on the modeling of biocatalytic, chemical, biochemical, physico-chemical, microbiological, biotechnological, heat and mass transfer, rheological processes in the production and conversion of food products from plant materials.The program is based on the following provisions, recorded in modern documents on the modernization of higher education:

- set the task independently, plan and conduct research, predict and evaluate research results;

- develop methods for the conversion and control of the properties of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, allowing you to create information-measuring systems;

- professionally operate modern technological equipment for the production of alcoholic, low alcohol and soft drinks, including laboratory and devices.

The advantage of this TP is its focus on the development of practical skills in conducting modern scientific methods of bioconversion of plant materials and plant products, which in the future can be used by undergraduates to solve production problems in their professional activities.
